A Russian artist living in Japan, Ilya takes the breath away of fans worldwide. Not very often do we hear of a cultural collaboration between the nationals of those two neighboring countries, separated afar by their past.

In his oeuvre, he brings the two worlds together, immersing himself into the Japanese culture through his works, speaking fluent Japanese.

In honor of his newly launched, first ever, personal exhibition in Tokyo, we have decided to share his incredible work.
